Convert Excel Contacts -- Urgent

We have an Excel List that has sales contacts formated vertically and we need them converted to horizontal and the reduced information. There are approximately 10,000 entries. We need the information consolodated to email, first name, last name. Example Current Format: Row1: John Doe Row2: 12345 Avenue D Row3: Houston TX 77532 Row4: Email Address Format needed Column1 Column2 Column3 Email Address John Doe Project is urgent and a short turnaround is needed.
