My understanding of this project: Step 1: Group the raw data into Cohorts (PS: Need your guideline to create cohorts) Step 2: Once grouped, the following items can be calculated into tables or chart, as required. 1) Number/ Percentage of Retained customers / Churned customers 2) Amount earned from each cohort over the lifetime months 3) Total/Avg. Lifetime Value of the customer in each cohort (PS: Need guidline to decide on the customers lifetime and projecting the revenue over months) Step 3: Any other calculation, as required can be added. Tools to be used: Microsoft Excel About me: Being an analyst, I have worked on lot of similar kind of analytical projects earlier.
