This is a position that will provide office support to a real estate brokerage based in Pennsylvania, United States. The job will involve answering phones, taking messages and forwarding to appropriate agent, data entry into our CRM, data entry into MLS, database marketing and coordinating transactions. Skill Requirements: Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 8am to 12noon, EST. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Must know how to use a softphone. Must know how to download and upload CSV/spreadsheet files. Experience with RealtyJuggler is a plus, but not required. We are looking to hire by 8/14/2014.
