To Create a Customer Email/Contact Information Database outputted in Microsoft Excel. The database will be used for email marketing and contact information.
Essentially it is attaining email addresses and phone numbers of every real estate agent in the geographical area.
The objective of this project is to create an Excel file that has each Customer's Email address and Phone number categorized by their Geographical Location and Address.
My clientele are all Realtors? and Real Estate Brokers. They work in large brokerages as well as discount brokerages in various offices across respective cities. Their email addresses are often embedded on [login to view URL] and their personal websites.
I need the "Office" of the Realtor? as well as his/her "Last Name," "First Name," "Email Address," and "Phone Number." You can find how I would like the Excel file formatted in "Advanced Project Options."
Note: Their will be many real estate offices in each City, often from the same brokerage. For example there are 5 or 6 Remax Offices in Edmonton, Alberta, and many only 1 Remax office in Leduc. The same goes for other Real Estate Companies such as Royal Lepage and Realty Executives.
I would like the above information for the below areas. (Ultimately Edmonton and Surrounding Area in Alberta, Canada).
