Do some Excel Work

We are looking for somebody who is able to assist us in the 'mapping' process of importing and exporting excel data into and out of Quickbooks. We are looking to integrate with another software package to extend our quickbooks functionality. The system we are looking to integrate with allows for importing/exporting CSV files. We would like to integrate in 2 ways: 1) Exporting: - We would like to export all our customer data from Quickbooks and import this into other software. The data that we would need to export is the customer ID, Last/first name, PH number and credit card details. 2) Importing a) We are looking to integrate with a system that processes payments once a month. After each monthly payment is processed, the system creates a CSV file that can be exported – we want to be able to import this back into Quickbooks. We would like for the payments that were applied against each customers Bank Account OR Credit card to be automatically applied to the invoice against in each account. We plan to do this, by setting up a “schedule” payment where each schedule will be applied against a particular invoice number (setup as a merchant reference field) which Quickbooks should be able to understand and apply that payment against the particular invoice number automatically. We are wondering whether there is anybody that can assist us with this task. This requires excel and quickbooks mapping [login to view URL] are negotiable.
