Email gathering, FR and DE - repost

Build a list of email contacts of nutrition-aware consumers in France and Germany, from the main cities: Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt, 10 000 valid emails expected for each country, so 20000 contacts in total. We will define categories and give some search tips and expected consumer types in advance. The result should be an CSV file containing email, and URL where the email was found so we can verify the quality of the contact. Duplicates and incomplete email addresses should be removed from the list before sharing. We're looking only for really targeted clients ( so quality before quantity), If you can't deliver that please do not bid. Use any tools necessary to find the data.
