Data Export from Excel to Fillable PDF Forms

Hell I’ve a job that needs an expert’s support please. I want to create a application that allows me to merge data from an Excel spreadsheet, into a fillable PDF form. The application would in a similar way to Microsoft Word Mail Merge - other details as follows: - User has already created: A) Excel spreadsheet which contains 2 rows, the first row has the Field Headers, the second has the user defined data. B) Fillable PDF Form, where each field corresponds to one of the Excel Field Headers. - The application would allow the user to 1) select the Excel source file, 2) select the PDF form that the excel data will populate, 3) Select which sheet within the Excel file contains the source data, 4) Select the output file location and provide a filename (or the option to have a filename derived from one of the Excel fields). -I have come across a very similar application ([login to view URL]), but the problem is that this application seems to have problems working on some of our machines (although it is fine on some). I believe that this may be due to conflicts with 32/64 bit operating systems, versions of Microsoft office etc. All of our machines use Windows 7, most have Office 2013 (although some are still using 2010).
