Data Indexing

Need someone to extract data (visuall) from instruments and place in into my sql database using my software via remote login. Approx 140,000 instruments that need indexing. Job must be completed no later than May 31, 2008. Job will be paid weekly on a per instrument basis. Please bid according to price per instrument. Please understand that this is a performance based project. Contractor will only be paid for work actually performed. Please note that I will escrow $1,200 at a time and I will consistently deposit escrow funds when needed. Also, please note that the bid will be based on 10,000 images indexed. I will repost this bid request as needed in order to keep the project moving. $1,000.00 USD bonus to be paid if completed prior to May 31, 2008. AGAIN, THE BID MUST BE MADE ON A PER INSTRUMENT BASIS. ## Deliverables 1) Completed, by May 31, 2008, all of the 140,000 instruments required data entered into the database. Required data being defined as clerk number, instrument type, grantor, grantee, acres, abstract/survey, subdivision/lot/block, prior reference, instrument date, index date. Seller will be trained and have the knowledge required to gather the data from the instruments. By accepting to undertake this assignment, Seller hereby agrees that Seller understands both the (a) urgency and importance of the deadline and (b) the overall scope of the project. Time is of the essence. Bid must be placed as a price per instrument basis. Monies will be paid out weekly according to number of instruments indexed. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform SQL
