Rewriting and Summarising Some F.A.Qs

I need to get two documents re-written. They need not be so detailed and should be summarized without losing the general idea. The first documents is about 7800 words and the second documents is about 2800 words. Specific and common terms like Buyer and Seller can remain, try to rewrite and reorganize as best you can. This is for a website F.A.Q so you can write in bullet points as long as it is coherent. Only Native UK English speakers please. It needs to be grammatically sound. I have attached the two files for you to take a look at. It shouldn't take very long. I need this done by THURSDAY NIGHT which give you around 2 days to complete.
