Enchance and perfect an existing RFP for Web Design/ website development Project/proposal. Need to enchance and perfect a website project proposal. I already have a 5 page proposal I wrote, and want to make it more perfect and well defined. Basically, stressing on: 1. Outline and describe the changes I want on the site 2. The quality I desitre 3. Detailed overview of the project 4. Creative/design requirements, or graphic design elements 5. Make an outline of the way the site structure should look. 6.
