Audio Software For Apple's Logic (Converts Audio Into .EXS F

Im looking for someone who is familiar with Apple's Logic Digital Audio Workstation. The software that Im looking to be made is simple. Users should be able to place files or folders into the program and it will convert them into an EXS file. For example: I have a folder named Drummer1. I can put this file into the program and it will turn it into Drummer1.exs. The new file will be able to be used with Logic now. The user should also be able to choose the destination folder.
