Need a civil engineer to help us update and put together a complete packet for our development project in Oceanside CA to submit to the City of Oceanside Planning Dept and help us work through the process and obtain approval - project is to put a 3-story, 2 unit condo on the back of an RH-U zoned property while updating the existing home on the property (final project will have 3 residences on the property). Prefer an engineer that has specific experience with the City of Oceanside CA if possible.
