I touched up an EXISTING website design and have an image mockup. I need a freelancer to create a quick, STATIC web page of this design so I can show the client. This live mock-up page will be for presentation purposes only and most of the code already exists from the current web page. No back-end coding will be required as this is just a coded mockup.
