Create a simple console game on c++

I want to build a simple console game which can be run on c++ program....Im using Dev c++ and i expect the program to run on dev c++...sorry im not really good in c++ programming... i have several conditions for the game since im beginner in c++..I have attached a pdf file to show how the game should work..This is how i expect the output on command promt to be. 1. Player 1 is played by user..user can enter any elements from the five element..player 2 is auto generated ( randomly generated ).. E.g : player 1 enters water and the program randomly generates fire...Player 1 wins.. 2. i wan the program to be done with the basic c++ commands...It "must" include - Arrays , Functions,Control Structures , if else , switch , while . 3. use the command ( 'rand' ranging between 0 and RAND_MAX) for the auto generation. 4. The program must run 10 rounds and after that the winner must be announced, and ask the user wether they want to restart the game 5. I have attached a picture on how i expect the outcome to be . 6. I just want a simple programs with those basic commands...Please do not use any other commands.
