Hello, my name is Chris Stevens, and I am from Minnesota. As you probably already know, I have bid on your project of creating a 3D Solidworks model (along with 2D documentation) of your stapling machine, along with assembly drawings and complete Bill Of Materials.
A little history about myself. I have 8 years of experience in Solidworks, AutoCad, and other CAD/CAM software. I have designed many automated machines that use pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic cylinders, electric actuators/motors, along with simple mechanical machines powered by the operator. I am new to Freelancer, but this project is something I am very familiar with since I currently work in a re-manufacturing company. I am very familiar with dismantling a functioning machine, creating 3D models of each individual part, producing a complete assembly model, showing how the individual parts are assembled back together into the machine, and animating the assembly process(if needed).
To complete your project, I plan on using many high accuracy tools such as a digital micrometer (accurate to .0005" inch), a digital protractor (angle measurements accurate to .01 degrees), and a 3D scanner for the complex parts that don't have a common shape.
If you would like to see some samples of assembly drawings I have completed in the past, or if you have ANY questions, please feel free to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank You,
Chris
