Decode a HttpWebRequest message using WCF Binary encoding

We have an httpwebrequest to a Silverlight site that is returning a WCF binary encoded message. In Fiddler with the wcfbinaryinspector plugin installed we can read the message.
We need to do the same in C# using the httpwebrequest object. The link below discussed the plugin :-
