I will provide you with a form in PDF format which has several places for input, I want to create a function which will accept parameters for each field, and place the value on the appropriate field and create the pdf. You will find page 1 (educational services contract) has one large box where we replace the text with 6 variables, then pass a variable for each of the next 2 boxes, combine both pages into one pdf. Then we have the registration form which should have a function that takes all parameters and places them in the right place.
