Create console application get image from remote URL upload to SharePoint 2010 Library

Need a console application made using .net 3.5 only.. that can take an image from a remote URL and stream the file and upload to a SharePoint 2010 document library.
Nothing fancy just get the image and upload to SP image library.
The image must not be a local image you can use this image to test with:
[url removed, login to view]
You must be able to complete the project in two days!!
