Target is to build a simple desktop application which reads text from the chat window and controls the Velleman VM110 USB interface card module. Libraries and example code for the card is available here: [login to view URL]
Application will have a simple UI (see the attachment), where user can:
1. Setup a "Nickname" which will be monitored on the [login to view URL] active chat window (chat window which is used by the performer/model)
2. Setup few parameters for Velleman board control
4. button to set (take in use) the new values
5. Button for start and stop the application
Use-case:
Video chat model can choose a Nickname from the chat window and fill it in to the application UI (see attachement). After starting the application it starts to monitor the commands which are typed in by the user with the Nickname (which was filled in to the application). Velleman board voltage output is then controlled based on the commands which the user ("Nickname") types to the chat window.
So basically the implemented application just needs to read text from the chat window and control the Velleman board based on the text input.
