We are looking for an experienced developer to assist in the creation of a Universal Windows Platform (UWP) File Picker application. The coding will be done using the [login to view URL] namespace in Visual Studio and deployable across a range of device targets. The initial scope will be limited to the secure storage, retrieval and synchronization of file assets across a local area network with a UI similar to OneDrive on a public network. The anticipated protocol for storage operations will be authenticated SMB but we are open to other approaches. The development roadmap will create additional opportunities to expand this baseline functionality with more security and content management features. Bidders should have a clear understanding of [login to view URL] and distributed data/content synchronization. Familiarity with the Windows Store app submission process is also valuable.
