Custom proxy server plink/3proxy

Visual Studio knowledge required.

This project mus be built in either:

vb net

c#

vc++

Souce code must be provided, if it can be commented would be even better.

I need someone with knowledge of plink, proxy servers, startup implementation and avoiding UAC messages.

I have a project that has the following 3 files:

1st exe ( the [url removed, login to view] file from 3proxy dot ru ) - it creates a proxy server on the client computer.

2nd exe ( putty exe file ) - it creates a back connection from the client computer to my server.

3rd vbs ( visual basic script file ) - it launches the 3proxy exe with parameters and putty with parraments to make everything work and also ads a shortcut to startup.

I need all of these made into a single executable file, must be FUD.

I don't need the files embeded as resources and ran from memory.

I am not looking for someone who will embed the files that I am using into resources and than run them, I can do that myself.

I need someone with knowledge of proxy server, knowledge of 3proxy dot ru library, knowledge of plink library that can do everything I need.

If I am satisfied with the final result I can add a fat bonus ! :)
