I have 4 Files of C Program. I need to create the Sql file which will be imported to PhpMyAdmin.

basically I have desktop software that has been created which saves to a local database. I have the header files which are written in C#. I need a database created that can be uploaded to Phpmyadmin. The software will have the option to synced from there. The images need to be saved in cloud storage probably Google Drive.

The header file contains the table name, column and rows.
