Convert PSD to Visual C++ MFC GUI (1643389)

Hi I have a PSD designed by a designer. I want you take it and convert it to Visaul C++ MFC UI. It's not an easy job for someone who never did it, so if you don't have previous experience, please do not bid. There will be coding also, when some buttons clicked Windows 7 Start Menu style menus will appear. I'll need you to write a simple MessageBox for each button when clicked also. Menus are also involved. All buttons are 3 stated (normal, mouse over, clicked), you need to implement these 3 states. Generic UI is attached. You can use any codes (source codes, not compiled ActiveX or DLLs) from internet. No difference on license. So please join if you are sure you can handle it. Thanks
