ANSI SS#7 SIGTRAN C Programming

Want a developer who can work with a SIGTRAN stack in a Linux or Solaris environment to develop a system to perform TCAP queries on an Link to the carrier. Basically the database queries come in via REST and go out via SIGTRAN TCAP and MAP. You can either use your own SIGTRAN stack you have worked with before or we can use Aculab's SIGTRAN stack. You would need to implement basic MTP2, M3UA, TCAP and MAP part from ANSI C. I would prefer to work with someone who is at least familiar with SS#7 already. This will be on a north american ANSI SS#7 network. If you are already familiar with ITU SS#7 it is similar enough but a little different than our network. We will provide you with shell access to a box that has an Aculab (or your own recommended) development stack loaded and configured. Once you are far enough along we can set up the box in a production environment to test real queries. If you want an idea of what the system would be similar to you can find plenty of archives mentioning SS7BOX which was a now unsupported stack that worked with Sangoma cards.
