I need a desktop app that can open multiple tabs and login to multiple yahoo accounts using only one PC. they will also need to change ip/proxy given a proxy list. very important that it must not crash or get memory leaks. my previous app (made from .NET) had these problems (unfortunately i dont have the source code) and i believe it would be better if we start from scratch. if ever it should get memory leaks, then there must be a system in place that will restart the app if it reaches a certain memory limit. pm me for a longer project description if interested. also include the programming language you will be using and maybe let me know if there's a better solution than a desktop app.

I have experience with the Yahoo protocol and client programming in general, and I am confident I can get this done. My first thought would be to do it in Java, because there are many pre-existing libraries that could really cut down on development time, but I am willing to implement it in any language (C# would be my second choice). I would implement a guardian program to restart it in case of crashes. I will do extensive testing to ensure it doesn't crash. I guarantee good clean code with sufficient comments and documentation if needed.
