This is the third time I'm posting this just so everyone is aware. Seems like eveyone disapeers on freelancer. The first person I had work on this ended up not being able to finish because of school. Even after some milestone payments. The second person told me it would be all ready to go in one weeks time, and no contact at all after the date he supplied.
The code needs to be ready within the next 2 weeks since I am ready to launch the breakout board.
"Its overdue now so the sooner the better"
The programming I need done is for a Magtek ASIC F2F Decoder in the Arduino IDE wiring language. I am available by email so all testing with the hardware will be done on my end. For debugging purposes the data that is strobed out of the ASIC must be stored to a string then displayed on the serial monitor in the Arduino IDE. Comments of what everything is doing inside the sketch is a must since its provided as a breakout for the Arduino Mega.
I have attached a link to rapidshare that contains the datasheet of the ASIC, example code provided by Magtek in C++ and a start of some code by the first coder written in Arduino IDE.
This is going to be supplied as open source so I don't mind if you would like to take credit for the code by leaving your name/whatever you like in the comments of the sketch.
Requirements:
-Must be able to code in C++
-Must be able to code in Wiring using the Arduino IDE 0019
-Have experience with coding for microcontrollers / electronics
I will not be providing any milestone payments since the first coder only provided half the code and then had to leave. The code provided by the first coder, doesn't display anything.

Cap on this project is $150.
Thanks for the interest. I look forward to hearing from you.
Dear Sir,
I am strong at C/C++, Algorithm, Data Structures, Hardware Interfacing, Embedded System and Electronics. I can work first payment later. Thank you very much.
Best Regards,
Sayed Mulkhan F
I have already programmed and used Atmel microcontrollers in embedded systems. Also, I will intend to buy the Arduino development board, it is very useful.
