Cell Phone Ping - User Location Triangulation - GPS Software I am looking for software PC/MAC based,that will allow me to ping a cell phone using only the cell phone number so as to determine the cell phone user's location and it will allow me to read the location on a map like Google Maps. he way a ping works is it determines the three closest cell phone towers to the user and then calculates the user's location. Note this software is one of the measures meant to tackle missing kids and so must be useable without the owners permission
