Hi, i need to modify a moving average indicator, REQUIREMENT [login to view URL] will be active after x number of time and before X number of time MA will be lock in its previous position. (like if the price line go up or down the MA will not will not move, it will move after x number of time,before x number of time MA will be lock in previous position, x number of time could be 15 min and MA may be need to move 4 times in a single candle.)
