Broker Api windows application , help in development

Broker Api Windows application in C/C++ (using visual C++ 2008). The project is meant to help me in the development (including explaining and giving examples) of a financial trading application using an Api provided by a third party. The deliverables will be: 1) a simple application with a detailed document explaining the step to take in order to load the provided DLL and use its functions 2) effective training and introduction to DLLs to be delivered on the phone and written in a clear document (doesn' t have to be long) 3) some C++ programming hints where needed during the development process Optionally, to be discussed, porting the application to Linux and calling the functions from R/Splus would be optimal I am looking for someone with experience in C++ Windows Api and DLL, also capable to explain and train in this field. Other Linux compilers, R/Splus experience welcome. Pls bid with or without the optional part.
