Digital Signage Solution

Our company is looking for a person or a company that can develop a Digital Signage solution. We do have few solutions in-hand but, none of them meets out expectations. Please give us a bid if YOU can!! Main functionality of the solution is to with a Manager and a Content Server, distribute and play schedule nased contents on multiple devices. Basic functionalities are described as of follow. More specific requirments and functionalities will be delivered before the project starts. The solution majorly consists of 3 parts : Player, Manager, and Content Server Solution should work on MS Windows XP(SP2) and Vista. The development language is not a critical point but we prefer VC++ or C#(.net). Device : Windows XP based network enabled Set-top PC which is connected to a Display( Display : a PDP/LCD display panel(screen size, resolution, refresh rate, portrait/landscape) Content Server : a Server solution that deploys contents, playlists, templates, subtitles, and schedules to the devices from manager(user-PC) The Player and The Manager is installed separatly with serial code/number issued from the company. A trial serial enables day based expiration. o The Player + Capable of playing back movie(including common movies codecs/formats), swf(Flash), audio files(mp3, wav) and ppt(MS Powerpoint) + Capable of playing back texts(subtitle) with scrolling/crawl + Player can be runned on windows mode or fullscreen mode + Schedule based playing + Template based playing + Can send windows control commands + Software remote-update + Download and play(no streaming capability needed) + Downloads contents/playlist/schedule from the contents server o The Content Server + Contains contents and all necessary files to deploy o The Manager - Installed on user PCs(Windows XP all editions, Vista all edition) - Loged on user can upload contents, make playlists and templates, and run a schedule on devices that they have in authorazation. - UI supports drag-n-drop - UI Resizable + User Management - User id, password, attributes management - Role(Admin, Control, View, Monitor, etc.) based user management - Users are assigned to device and/or device group + Device Management - Hierarchy based Device grouping - Device monitoring(whether player is live, the playlist playing,HDD space usage) - Device control(OS reboot, turn-off, volumn control) + Contents Management - Auto contents categorizing(Movie, Audio, Flash, PPT) - Contents Preview - Upload/Download from content server and the manager's PC + Text(Subtiltle) Management - Scrolling texts is located anywhere on the screen unrelated to the templates - Text source can be direct input or RSS - Text scrolling has seprate scheduling - Text background and foreground's colors and fonts can be changed - Text background and foreground's opacity can be changed + Playlist Management - Playlists are arranged contents with time to be played - Multiple playlists - Playlist preview + Schedule Management - Schedule is time and the device, the playlist will be played - Schedule can be appplied to indivisual device and group of device - Schedule is viewed on a graphical timeline - Can change views between days, weeks, months, yearly - Auto repeating of the schedule - Full preview at native resolution + Template Management - WYSIWYG interface - Screen layout windows/views - Backgroud image, music is available and schedulable - up to 3 playlist can be played on one template(2 shown and 1 hidden) The "CONCEPTS" of the product/solution can be referenced on following sites.
