I am looking for a Business Model expert. We are working on a new Business Model with multiple revenue streams (B2B and B2C). We need somebody to think though the various aspects of this business model and come up with all the cost associated, potential revenue considering market adoption rate and repeat users, etc.
The goal is to take the idea from Business Model Canvas to concrete financials. This is to see if this business model is worth pursuing, how much initial investment and what variables affect the most.
