We are looking for someone to prepare a business plan for a well established US product being into a new region (Australia). It does not need to be an extremely lengthy document and we will supply an outline of what needs to be covered. This will include the normal SWAT analysis. We can provide some competitor information based on our existing research. The product can be best described as an educational skills assessment. The document will need to cover sales tactics and market assumptions among other things.
