Assist me with Bulk Marketing

I run a business which sells software, a digital subscription and various ecommerce products. I need someone to help me manage customer feedback, reviews, queries, complaints and so forth. You must have demonstrable experience in a previous customer facing role - on the phone, over email, social media and more. It is preferably if you have some experience in retail and / or a software house. You must be based in the BST / GMT time zone and have excellent command of English and at least 1 other major European language. Happy bidding!
