Backlink strategy

We are looking for a one time back-link strategy for an insurance website. Please provide an estimate and what you offer for backlinking. We will provide you with an article that you can upload to article directories as well. We will be targeting 1-3 keywords. We'll need a detailed report on what was done, which directories or websites are backlinking, etc. We do not want a spam bot generating backlinks. ## Deliverables Back-link Strategy (low budget): Please propose a strategy for a one-time backlink & article directory submission. Should include article directories, business directories, and any other relevant websites or content related to keyman insurance. Anchor text should include "keyman insurance", "key man insurance", "keyman life insurance", and "key man life insurance"; all linking back to the homepage and one other page related to those terms.
