Create Banners

I need the following banners created. All of these banners are for a MMORPG site, and must use creatives for that game. Sources for creatives will be given. ALL MUST BE < 50k FILE SIZE .JPG, .GIF, .PNG or .SWF while still being eye-catching The following will all be different from one another (you can't just resize a 250x250 to make a 200x200): 468x60 2x animated 1x static 728x90 1x animated 1x static 250x250 2x animated 1x static 200x200 1x animated 1x static 336x280 1x animated 1x static 300x250 1x animated 1x static 120x600 1x animated 160x600 1x animated 2x static The following will be similar images, with different text and colors (they will be used for Live Chat status images, online brb away and offline). They can be up to 75k each. 291x54 1x animated 3x static Payment will be made by escrow, and released once all the banners are delivered and satisfactory. Please include REALISTIC timeframe with bid (include enough time for a few revisions).
