Recording Arabic sentences

I have a list of Arabic sentences. I would like to create mp3 files for each sentence. The quality of recording must be professional. No phone recordings. There should be no silence at the beginning and ending of each recording, no background noise or hissing sound. The voice talent should speak with a clear Modern Standard Arabic accent.I will provide you with some sentences and you have to provide me with records of these samples. I will check every bid and the professional one will be accepted. My budget is 100$ for the 1700 short sentence( it is negotiable ).each one will not exceed 3 second. see file attached.I want the records like the attached.
