Content Writing for Upcoming Wildlife Website

After interest in an Instagram account I created, I'm developing a fun little website that will be all about the wonderful world of wildlife. The main focus will be interesting/quirky species of animals that most people might not know that much about (think tapirs, capybara, quokkas, shoebills, pygmy hippos) - short profiles of the animals, baby updates from zoos and breeding programs around the world, and stories on conservation issues that don't get talked in the mainstream media as much as they should.
The stories don't need to be thousands of words long, only 500 at most, and less for baby updates.
This is just for preliminary content creation, as the website gets up and running I will eventually create and require some more in-depth stories, and interviews with people in conservation, animal science education, and the zoo keeping industry.
