Currently working with Ericsson as a Sr. Consultant- Learning and Competence development, looking after almost 2500 resources training requirements. Also worked with Tech Mahindra for 3 years in Training and development, well versed with a complete training life cycle from planning till execution along with Kirk Patrick model, trainings include technical, soft skills, process and leadership trainings.
My current role includes, stakeholder management, training needs analysis, developing training content, vendor management, L&D induction, individual development plan execution, fulfilling competence gaps in a cost effective manner. Also executing various strategic trainings with proactive consultancy to business leaders to address competence needs, ensuring continuous communication and visibility of learning opportunities which influence to drive a high impact learning culture.
