You must have Adobe's software product InDesign, but this is not a design project. We're going to have approx. 250 rack cards in our new real estate office in Chicago. Each rack card will contain information on each neighborhood in Chicago and some of the suburbs. The template is designed in InDesign, I can send you a sample. We need a brief description (4-5 sentences) on each neighborhood, small map, list of schools, big events, public transit. We have the weblinks to send you in the right direction for the content. We need this ASAP.
