Commenting on blogs & creating profile / posts on a forums

I have a list of blogs and forums which i would like somebody to post / comment of these blogs/articles with a certain website and where possible include a certain text link. I have a list of around 200 websites but not all of them will allow a comment or registration, i am only after 50 successful comments with link / or profile page with link, the 50 have to be from different websites. I will need a list of the urls where the successful link has been put for proof. i would like the task completed by sunday the 5th of jan . Thank you in Advance for your response
