This work has to finish within 12 hours. It contains two parts. The first part is 1200 words business report. The second part is 300 words ‘Brochure’ for this topic. You need to read both this article and summary. 3nd is Oral Presentation.PPT. And please use the references in the Oral Presentation.PPT. Also, please find another 4 peer-reviewed academic journal articles related with this topic in 1200 words paper. Total references have to be 7. All references need related with topic, and that all references need to support your ideas. The topic is “Build confidence of the poor". The structures for those two parts, I will upload ‘PDF’ for both of them. The structures has to follow exactly same in PDF described. There is file named'example' which may help you with structure, only structure BUDGET is 10$
