We are renovating our house in Balmain and the council required us to have a flood study done which has been done and accepted by council. As part of Construction Certificate conditions we have to have a Flood Risk Management Plan done based on the Flood Study. There is a draft done but we need an Engineer to assess and change where necessary and sign it off. The original engineer does not want to do such a small job.
