Bad Person Alert (Anti Social Alert)

I Need a Plugin Script for Social Engine 4 (Social Network Script) That is clever and configerable. This project is to help protect kids chatting online in our social network. It should work like this: If a member is abusing another member verbally with banned or profanities then an automatic warning should be sent to the Admin Users. Should the offender repeatedly type in swear words or profanities listed then an audio alarm (Settable) should be heard and inform the information of the offender an the offended, What was said including time etc. Any warning missed to be cued with reminders etc. I will want to be able to adjust as many settings as possible and the words to be included, audible warning etc.
