Fix the tooltip css/html in the attached document so that the tooltips are on top of the page regardless where they are in the page. As you will see in the current example the tooltip is hidden beneath other images/text near the bottom of the page. The fix will ensure that all of the tooltips in the attached are on top of all other elements.

This is a project you will either know how to solve very quickly or should not bid on.
