Create an Animation - 2D Black and White - 30sec Duration

Hello! Ive written a book about my time in the Army Reserve called 'Weekend Warriors - a funny side'. To help promote it, I thought a 2D 30-35 sec animation would go really well on the books website! I am in need of a witty, creative and random person to help create this animation for me! This animation would probably be best in black and white (no colours, no shades) , but.....im open to suggestions! The kind of style of animation im after is attached in the file . It will be the front cover, it is not 100% finished, but if you notice the smaller guys in the illustration....that is the kind of style im after =) .... In addition - I am going to layout how the animation is going to start =) Initially it will start with the books cover as the main feature.... then the book will open its pages (white backdrop) and there is me in the middle. Im wearing some sort of civilian attire, then a army officer comes up to me and signs me up. I then immediately transform 'with a poof!' in a guy wearing an army uniform! Then next scene (another poof!) is where me and 2 other guys are firing an artillery gun (I was in artillery). Someone would pass me a shell and I would insert it into the breach of the artillery gun and the gun would go bang. On the third time firing, I silly enough accidentally try to put the shell in backwards. I attempt to do this 3 times (and wonder why its not working) before the guy behind me comes forward, slaps me on the back of the head, then spins the shell for me, and then I insert it properly into the artillery gun and it fires. Those scenes there should take 10-15 seconds in total. The rest I can tell you in a private conversation. Like I said. It can be black and white (See attached) ...but the main focus is....I NEED IT to stand out and I NEED IT to be very creative. I still very new to this website... I have no idea how much GOOD animations cost, so im happy to chat about pricing =) . Ohhh and I need it to be in a format where even MAC/APPLE users can view it! =) Thanks again for viewing!!
