SmartNumbers B.V. is a virtual and online working accounting firm. SmartNumbers caters small and medium sized enterprises in The Netherlands. The business process is completely digital and automatised. Customers provide their invoices and receipts by email or upload to a webbased archive. From this archive documents are processed on the basis of OCR (optical regconition software) and send via interface to the online bookkeeping. Bankstatements are provided by banks electronically and processed in the bookkeeping system automized. The filing of tax statements and financial statements is done on the basis of XBRL. In this process no hard copy documents are uses or produced. The bookkeeping and tax filing process is done by cloud solution.

There is also a smartphone app (Iphone and Android) available for clients which can be used to upload documents and receipts.

On the website of SmartNumbers ([login to view URL] ) I would like to publish an animation video of 60 to 90 seconds maximum in which our way of working is explained. Voice in English. The animation needs to be published on Youtube.
