Create a 12 screen e-card based on my instructions

I want a high quality animated e-card designed based on my instructions. The e-card will have 12 separate screens based on the 23rd Psalms in the Bible. Since their will be 12 scenes, the graphics that I need will not be lengthy. For example; I will be showing , green pastures, flowing water, a cup that runs over to overflowing, a golden gate the will open, a table spread with food and food and money etc falling out of the sky.
