I have an electric heater that is controlled remotely, I would like to have these controls available in a smartphone app, connect to the heater via bluetooth and control the heater from my phone. There are 6 main function that I will need the app to have, Power on/off, Flame intensity control, Hi/low fan control, Temp control, timer and back light control.

One of my earlier projects were home automation which could be monitored and controlled via both an android app and Web interface. I also have been teaching arduino to newbies.
