Please clear this confusion first: You said that an app that helps to manage a small flower store. But you also said that the system has such functionality so that the user be able to manage & handle their own store. Will it be a multi vendor store/ single vendor store?
-Secondly, let me know your preferred payment processor which I will integrate with this store?
-Will there be cash on hand delivery option enable or not?
-In case of multi-vendor store, which account be used for all transaction, site Admin's account or respective seller's account?
-Will there be any tracking module enable?

Here is the user's story:
-A filter search module be there, so that user be able to make search for flowers by category or type wise, Flower name wise, price wise, color wise, occasion wise etc and various attributes.
-A listing of all available option be viewed
-on click of any particular option, user be able to view the details of that product I mean Product code, Availability, price, delivery charges etc.
-User now select Time range of receiving the flower, Message box, Date, Quantity & Buy the product option.
-User need to provide shipping address & user's details like Name, contact etc.
-Payment Module
-Review & Rating Module
-Inventory module, on selling of product, inventory manager will disable that product code & manage availability of product.
