I'm currently dealing with a few OEM tablet manufacturers producing customized and factory preset spec tablets for a few clients. Your specs seem to be quite simple to manufacture. It would be great if you could share the expected usage for the tablet by its intended users. This would allow for much better selection of parts for the tablet customization design.
